Water, Water Everywhere?
Let's start to introduce a few simple changes...
Water.
You may have read it a thousand times, but do you actually drink enough water? We may be suffering from a water drought this summer but there is no need for you to too!
There are a few tips to help you drink more water:-
Yes in the beginning you may go to the loo more frequently but your body adjusts to it. Many of us are dehydrated without realising it. It is very common to mistake being thirsty with being hungry. Next time you think you are hungry, try having a glass of water first. If you still feel hungry, then you know it is a genuine hunger.

- You can buy a bottle of mineral water, and drink one of those daily.
- Drinking a glass of water every hour - you can fill a glass with water and ensure you have drunk it within the hour, then repeat the process. Simple and effective!
- You can increase your intake of herbal teas.
